Well, went up there, think I saw mot250, but didn't get a chance to walk over and chat was too busy waiting in line, LOL
There were a ton of people there, probably about 15 04+ GTO's saw 1 charger and including me 3 05+ mustangs Was there from 12-3 and only got to run 2 times. 13.79 was my best of the 2. My brother-in-law couldnt get grip and was getting 13.6 with his lightining when last season he got 12.6, he was spinning for at least the first 60 feet if not more. It just kept getting colder. What happend to 50 it had to be 40 tops. I think everyone who goes to the track went out and bought evo's, LOL about every 1 in 4 cars was a friggin evo.

I'm surprised that is was that busy...especially with barely being 50-degrees today. Imagine if it were like last weekend!
I had a feeling the track conditions were going to be iffy. I'm sure I would've been dissappointed w/my times so, in that sense, I'm glad I couldn't make it up there today :)

The GTO's up there were running decent times and getting traction, you should have went, perhaps they could have given you pointers on how to drive your car :smt027
There was one guy with an eagle talon running 9's don't know what the heck he had all invested in that thing but it was quick.

well they have a bunch of photos on the website here.
None of me though !!! I know they took one when I went down the track the first time, perhaps it was too blurry or something

But here are some of mot250 I believe. Looks like most of the photos were taken later in the day after I left.

Sonic, that was me. I saw you there too. But, as you said, spent too much time waiting in the staging lanes. I managed 7 runs with a best time of 13.994 @ 100.77mph on my last run.
Bone Stock with only 2200 miles on the clock!
336 cars were there according to the announcer. Ton of imports with fart can turbos. I might have ran against that Talon Sonic mentioned in my first run. It was quick.
I got into the Tech line at 10:45 and was in line for my last (7th) run when they closed the staging lanes behind me. Got out of there around 5:30.
What a blast!
I might go back next Sunday to try shifting at a different RPM. Any suggestions? Should I try to grab 4th gear?
