This is a really nice show for anyone interested. I have been going to this one for 4 years in a row. They are very strict and judge your car out of a 100 point system with professional judging. Make sure every spec of brake dust and undercarrage is as clean and perfect as can be. Typically there hasnt been many GTOs here in the past, so it would be nice to see some this year.

Yea, I would go more to just go and show my car, not too concerned about winning anything since my car really isn't anything special, LOL

This is true, it isn't that special :) jk. I bet you win something since your car is more rare (w/stripes etc).

Just sent in my pre-registration for this show, hopefully its a good turnout and a nice day. I don't really expect to win anything, but just have some fun showing the car and promoting the website

Cool, I don't think I'll enter the show officially but I'll look for you down there on the 9th. :smt061 will be out of town so I'd have to bring my two young daughters. They won't be able to last for the full time of the show. I had them to the weekly Friday night cruise in Richmond a few weeks ago and, even with ice cream cones, they were asking to go home after only about 10 minutes.

That's 5-minutes longer than my kids would be asking to go home!

Come to think of it, the first 5 or so minutes were standing in line for ice cream cones. I don't even think they were done with their ice cream when the "When are we going home?" questions started.

Like I really wanted to go see "Dragon Tales Live on Stage"!?!?!

LMFAO, you love Ord and Cassie, don't lie (those without kids will have NO idea what I'm talking about).

BTW, I'll be there on July 9 (weather permitting of course).

Does anyone know the classes?

Never mind, I found it on the pre register link. My boyfriend and I will be there. I don't know what car to take, my Mustang or my Monte Carlo.

Ya it was a fun time. I guess the judges like Ford Mustangs HeeHeeHee...GM haters J/K. My boyfriend Brent and his 05 Saleen beat me for first. We both must have gotten a perfect score. (I got my judging sheet). I am happy that I got a perfect score, I don't think I ever got that before and I go to alot of car shows. I've been showing my Monte for 3 years now. Anyway, I can't wait till next week for the Victor Ford show! Wicked Pony will make an appearance (I mean my stang LOL)!

JT, I'm impressed!! LOL

Yeah, the judges had to be GM haters...I demand a recount :)

All in all, it was a good time and I'll be there again next year.

Congrats to everyone! Sounds like there was a good NGMC turnout and win! Sorry I wasn't there... for photos and to compete. Good Job on the pics though, Dan... And the win! Hopefully I'll see you all at Victor.
